Developing Leadership Skills and Behaviours

Designed for aspiring leaders and managers that are currently leading small teams for less than 12 months, the Leadership Accelerator Program equips leaders with core leadership and management skills and focusses behaviour on the five key areas of the Kameleons leadership model.

Leadership is more than knowledge - it is the skilled application of knowledge put into action.

The Leadership Accelerator Program is our leadership 'building block' program and is conducted over 6 months for leaders, managers and small business owners seeking to take their teams to the next level of performance.

It can be completed completely face-to-face or as part of a blended online and workshop program, depending on location and time availability.

The Leadership Accelerator Program is focussed on developing core leadership skills across the three of the five core competencies listed below:

  • Purpose and Values
  • ​ Task Management 
  • ​Managing Self 
  • ​Team Altitude

​The power plant for any leader are their core values (both individual and business). They underpin behaviour and provide the drive, grit, resilience and vision for the leader.
