The development of an effective team requires understanding and skill - both in balancing the strengths and weaknesses of individual team members, to strong and thoughtful actions and a willingness to learn from others. Leading others can be like balancing on a tightrope or juggling too many balls at a time, unless you have a clear set of processes and structures that you are comfortable and familiar with. To lead an effective team, you have to know what to say, what to do, and when to do it. This workshop prepares you for the process of leading others.
