The leadership training focussed on individual’s values and how these play out in a team and leadership context. The session was exceptional in that it really helped us to understand eachother and how we work together and why we make the decisions we do. Understanding each other’s values brings a new context to discussions, the why are people responding in the way they are, can be reframed from annoyance to respectful discussion. I would strongly recommend this coaching.
