Leadership Essentials Program

Michael is very engaging, relatable with funny real life stories to help make the learning click. Even though it was a virtual workshop it repot we was right there with us. I found the work alignment exercise VERY beneficial and interesting. Another goodie (which is very functional in a workplace or even on a personal front) is the Idrift model. I would highly recommend Michael! 5 stars all round!

Michael did an excellent job in adapting course content by actively reading the room and restructuring it to meet their training needs. He understood how to approach real life examples of challenging management situations and provide techniques to work them through with the team.

The workshops with Michael have been incredibly valuable for our team at Vivo. Even with our team spread across different locations, he kept us engaged and working together on new concepts that have already made a difference in our salons. I enjoyed the ability to share experiences with people in different industries and work experience backgrounds. The ability for the trainer to draw on their experiences as both team member and leader made it easier to relate to the material.

Although there were a number of topics in the program, I couple of really interest topics I enjoyed included; how to have difficult conversations and prioritising the important tasks, not the urgent tasks.

What stood out the most was his ability to connect with each individual on a personal level. He puts in 100% effort, encourages participation, and ensures everyone feels heard. His guidance helped me gain clarity, shift my perspective, and truly understand leadership in a new way. He doesn’t just teach leadership—he embodies it, setting a great example of what a true leader should be.

I had the privilege of taking a leadership course with Michael, and I can confidently say he is a true mentor. His approach to coaching is not only insightful but also incredibly engaging. He has a great sense of humour, which made learning enjoyable, and the way he led the team was exceptional.
