Michael’s approach to training is fantastic. He built trust well and got the group talking about particular aspects of the course to help enhance our learning. Whilst we had to get through a lot of information Michael helped us understand what the key take aways were and let us drive the review sessions for any concepts that may have overwhelmed us with the abridged course. Very friendly and approachable and despite the volume of information Michael made the course fun.
