We invited Michael to run leadership developing for our management team and it has been very well received. Michael has been able to make the sessions relevant and useful with time to reflect and build on skills and knowledge week to week. Michael genuinely cares for the development of everyone in the room and spends time getting to learn and understand more about each participant to tailor the sessions to the group.
