I recently did the Velocity Leadership Checkpoint Assessment which was very comprehensive and covered 25 Leaderships behaviors across the five Capabilities. The Assessment report gave me deep and meaningful insights, both at a personal and professional level. But the highlight for me was the debrief and results analysis session I had with Michael following the survey. Michael shared the information very candidly with me as per my request and helped me identify tangible actions to hone my leadership skills.
