Michael is an excellent teacher who provides clear guidance and makes the course content easy for all of us to understand. It was a very good experience.

This was a great program that adapted to the needs of the group. Lots of tools and ways of looking at things, some of which are familiar and some new. Really practical take aways and some longer term self development reflections. Would definitely recommend

Michael’s Developing Leaders program is exceptional. Although delivered in a group setting, it felt highly individualised to my own leadership development needs. The Velocity Checkpoint was the most comprehensive assessment I’ve ever completed, it sets you up for full engagement and gives real clarity on how the program will benefit your leadership journey. What stood out even more was the one-on-one consultation, which provided external mentorship and coaching to directly link the tools into daily leadership challenges. This combination of group learning, individual tailoring, and personal coaching makes the program incredibly effective. Highly recommend to anyone serious about enhancing their leadership skills.

Throughout the Developing leaders I found I gained confidence with myself as a leader and as a person. There were a few eye opening moments and places I found I needed to work on.

Great workshops that take you to a proper management level with great tools.

I enjoyed the ability to share experiences with people in different industries and work experience backgrounds. The ability for the trainer to draw on their experiences as both team member and leader made it easier to relate to the material.

Although there were a number of topics in the program, I couple of really interest topics I enjoyed included; how to have difficult conversations and prioritising the important tasks, not the urgent tasks.

I participated in the Developing Leaders program in 2024 along with several of my co-workers and participants outside my work organisation. The program was a great experience where we were able to discuss and apply leadership concepts which was further supplemented with leadership reading materials. Great program.

What stood out the most was his ability to connect with each individual on a personal level. He puts in 100% effort, encourages participation, and ensures everyone feels heard. His guidance helped me gain clarity, shift my perspective, and truly understand leadership in a new way. He doesn’t just teach leadership—he embodies it, setting a great example of what a true leader should be.

Michael is a great facilitator! He has a knack for explaining the concepts in a clear and concise manner. Really enjoyed his teaching style and the manner in which he handled different questions from the participants.

Great delivery of the program. Michael is easy to listen to and engaging. I liked the discussion elements to the program as it helped solidify the content. It was a great renewal of leadership ideals I already had and some new content or ways of seeing things. My reflection is that it has reminded me the kind of leader I want to be and given me skills and tools to do that well for a quality, engaged and happy team.
