Michael has been my professional coach for several years, supporting me across multiple roles. Most recently, he coached me through a senior leadership position where I successfully delivered a large national enterprise change project on time and under budget. Michael was a key pillar in helping me perform at my peak, despite high demands, a tight timeline, a team of over 65 staff, and numerous challenges. I couldn’t have done it without him, and I look forward to working with him again at the next opportunity.
