In 2021, the Institute of Management and Leadership Development (IMLD) has partnered with The College for Adult Learning (CAL) to provide a truly unique Diploma of Leadership & Management, truly adaptable and flexible for our times. We provide Diploma students with the 'best of both worlds'; an innovative and experiential leadership and management program highlighted by IMLD's practical focus and CAL's expertise in online and accredited learning.
While IMLD facilitators have delivered, designed and assessed the Diploma of Management (superseded) and the Diploma of Leadership & Management for over 15 years, this year is the first that it has been offered using IMLD's experiential leadership activities, one-on-one leadership coaching and the Velocity Leadership CheckPoint. This blend of learning and training design, punctuated by the use of a world class leadership behaviour assessment tool, provides leaders with a unique learning experience of practical skills and accreditation.
