I found Michael to have a very down to earth approach to his training and this made it credible and easy to relate to. The structure and content of the training was broad enough to cover most aspects of the work experiences which would be encountered. By including the actors as part of the scenario training it provided a genuine reflection of how a staff member may react in a real life situation. That made each manager decide how they would respond in that situation. I learnt a lot from his training and I am sure the other participants did also.

I attended a brief performance management course facilitated by Michael recently. We all hear many words of wisdom through peers and academia explaining why it’s a good idea to use performance management but this was the first time anybody had offered me effective, practical advice on how to apply it.
I found Michael’s style to be direct and informal, using practical language backed up with minimal theoretical frameworks. The role plays with actors were high impact and a great twist on an old topic. Highly recommended.

Michael delivered a 2 day Performance Management program to our managers. Michael delivered the training based on a detailed brief provided by us, and designed the course specifically to ensure the course would suit his target audience and was aligned to our organisation’s current practices. The feedback received was very positive and having attended the program myself, I found the course to be practical and invaluable. Michael is an experienced facilitator with an engaging communication style.

Michael was proactive, requesting to meet with a few participants prior to the course to ensure the program would be beneficial to all participants and to gauge which topics would be more relevant.
